No,Yoga Mat will be provided to every participant.Yoga mats at RYS are clean and sanitized after every use.
What should I wear?
Lower & T-Shirt-suit/Salwar-suit with T-Shirt,Saree with Salwar or Lower/Something light and not too tight.
Can I eat before Yoga?
May have liquids 30 Minutes before and meal in 3 hours before the session.
